Totally agree. No wait. I don't claim Ted Cruz but he is supposed to be the Senator from Texas. He's probably at least as bad as Tuberville or Blackburn. Aw shucks. Most Republicans in Congress are crooks.

It really saddens me to learn that Post is folding. It was the first Twitter alternative I tried. I'm still posting something every day just like here.

I Post regularly on four different sites, five if you count Substack. I don't post on Facebook. I may have to later on, but hopefully not. For me, Facebook is worse than Twitter.

That sounds like Facebook alright. I only use my Facebook account when I have to log in to read something. I figured out their algorithm several years ago when it kept making weird friend suggestions. I haven't posted anything there in years.

That is the goal of the push for school vouchers. Project 2025's plans build on that first step. We need to vote blue up and down the ticket in November.

🧵In this newsletter, Scott Dworkin is referring to the outpouring of public support providing MSNBC anchors a solid base from which to protest. He mentions NBCUniversal's Cesar Conde referring to the public outcry in an email. Scott subscribes to my fledgling Substack. So I continue to share his.

🧵Thom Hartmann had a good write up about this in today's newsletter. I hope his concerns come to nothing. It's good to be aware of the possibilities, though.

Several European countries have voiced concern that he is looking to invade them several years down the road. Thom Hartmann's newsletter today explored the possibility that he's looking to demolish Kyiv and continue into Europe. I'm going to add another Spout to the thread with that link.

🧵Appeasement doesn't work very well with bullies. With Putin trying to claim that Ukraine was somehow involved, he may be looking for an excuse to ramp up his war efforts.

You're right, he wasn't a hero for four years. He had to get advice from Dan Quayle and later Judge Michael Luttig. However, his refusal to endorse Trump could possibly sway an undecided voter. That's the reason I published this Substack. To make a plea to undecided voters or perhaps Haley voters.

You're probably right. Courage would have been joining Cheney and Kinzinger in impeaching Trump. Still, his early retirement puts Boebert in a jam.

I voted for Beto for governor. If these fools manage to pull off their Texit scheme I'll have to move, and I'm too dang old to move. The idiots are threatening Texit and worried about their Social Security at the same time. Gotta have my Social Security.
