Bloomer Loaf.
Saw a pretty loaf of bread on YT and made it today, cuz why not?
It's NOT sourdough, so I felt like I was cheating 😄 but it sure is a pretty thing. This large (500g) yeasted bread is a Bloomer Loaf. Will definitely make again!

BEFORE: Playing with sourdough today. Added einkorn wheat, which I never used, but increased the water by 5% to increase hydration to 75%.
AFTER: Just baked that loaf, and boy, is it beautiful. That EAR! (last pic) Can't wait for it to cool so I can try it :) Baking bread is such a joy. #sourdough

When asked your age, always age UP, not down. This way you look "great for your age" or just "wow!" It's a lot more satisfying than looking like an old AF "29" year old.
