I slept in today...till 11:30. When I worked overnight shifts, on Saturday, I wouldn't get up until 1 or 2 in the afternoon (especially if I had a gig Friday night). Man...there's just something about sleeping with the sun up that is just so...restful.

I like the pre-made patties for burgers. They have a better consistency than the loose-ground version.
I find the loose meat cooks up softer than the pre-made ones. I prefer a "tighter" patty on a burger as it holds up better for eating. (I even chop up and "re-ground" the patties for tacos.)
