Not here.
Victim blaming is shitty, and women aren't psychic or at fault when the men (formerly) in their lives hurt them.

8 Threaded Spouts
I think Not All-ing is done when folks feel implicated by association with people they somehow identify with. I belong to certain groups for which I've Not All'd in my head- for ex., Americans. But I don't Not All "out loud" bc the moment is about those whose injury needs to be understood, not me.

New Orleans High School Student Naya Ellis Designed A Stroke-Detecting Watch - AfroTech
At just age 14, a New Orleans, LA, native has created an innovation for the medical field. When Naya Ellis was 7 years old, she supported her mother who was battling breast cancer, The74 reports. Merging her passion for helping others and for science, she went on to design WingItt, a stroke-detectin..

They'll fucking care when there is no Democratic party to respond to voters because the only future "elections" are like the upcoming one in Russia.
Carole Tyler @CaroleTyler"Those voting "uncommitted" in #MichiganPrimary tell ABC's Mary Bruce that they are not voting for Biden in November and "don't care if it elects Trump," saying it's "short-term pain for long-term gain," and their vote will "remake" the Dem party to be responsive to voters."08:40 PM - Feb 27, 2024

Imagine choosing to discuss and advocate for people with Mental Illness in 1970?
It was an unspoken subject in those days. Whispered conversations by people who knew the topic was taboo.
Mrs. Carter changed that. She not only advocated, she normalized that topic.
May she be well remembered.

We will bring fact-checking to Spoutible soon, but like with every feature, we will do it better. If you echo or quote a spout that is fact-checked after you have interacted with the spout, you will receive a notification about the spout being fact-checked.

Ok, because I’m seeing a lot of this, please don’t dictate what people spout on #spoutible . And certainly don’t judge people if they are primarily serious or primarily jokey and fun.

Agree 100%. He broke the unions, which destroyed the middle class. Because of him, their kids and grand kids have to work 3 jobs and still can't afford to buy a home. But, Reagan made them feel oh so MACHO.

But I'm serious about closing my account. No nazis, bigots, misogynists, racists.

On a serious note. I know some have complained there's too many #Politics posts on Spoutible. I get it; I initially posted nothing but. But let's try to reframe "politics" as #BasicHumanRights
Every time you see "politics" substitute basic human rights and maybe you'll see why it's so important. 🫶

I personally love having a president I don't feel like I have to monitor like he's a tornado warning that might require me to take cover in my bathtub with my dog and a radio.

In response to Salma Typhii.
Exactly! I get that incumbency advantage makes it harder to get rid of someone who's corrupt or abuses power...but it's on us the voters to fire them if we're not satisfied with their job performance. Instead of calling for term limits, people should get their apathetic friends & family to vote.

In my opinion the only time an employer should have the right to say anything about an employees hair is if it's a safety or health code issue.
