C. Thi Nguyen distinguishes "epistemic bubbles" (selective exposure to people/ideas, filtered by preference/tech) from "echo chambers" (preemptive discrediting of people/sources, leading to faulty premises, trust chasms, and consequent resistance to info/conversation). Hope Spouters can avoid both.
