He is a coward. Should have done your damned job when it was time to impeach and convict him during the two impeachment trials you had him in. Maybe if you had have, we wouldn't even be having this conversation about presidential immunity. If there is even such a thing.

Normally aren't they given instructions to not mention things pertinent to the case so to avoid things like that?

Guess common sense ain't so common. Because she is going to be subject to MORE vitriol and threats to her safety than she would have been if she stayed anonymous. Just my observations. Or she is a coward and didn't want to do her civic duty.

And this is why no Republican anywhere needs to hold office. Why are they trying to enforce a 160 year old law since before women had the right to vote and even before that state was even a state? Also why are no women on these committees saying these law need to go back into effect?

Before I came to Spoutible over on the old bird app whatever it wants to call itself now, I was highly critical of him then too. Highly disappointed as far back as 2022, when I saw he was moving slower than a glacier to do his job

Yeah and that's a goddamned shame that Garland is that feckless that he won't do something about that. Absolutely shameful.

That seems less and less likely to happen as things are flowing now Karen, but all we can do is be patient and have faith in God and our fellow Americans to not fall for this chicanery come November.

You're right. I guess I could say that I am tired of seeing this clown and other people like him commit crimes and then subsequently get off Scott free every time. If it were you or especially I, I would be thrown under the jail if I did 1/100 of what he did.

I understand enough, that clown is going to do that any way. -- 60+ cases of trying to overturn an election, still to this day trying to get Fani Willis off the case in Georgia the reduction in bond he is scheduled to pay in New York, the 91,000,000 he still has to pay E. Jean Carroll.

Yeah but she has nothing to do with the case. This is not the first time that clown has intimidated judges and witnesses and lawyers and other participants in trials against him. Should have been locked up a long time ago.

You cannot tell me that 53 folks were oblivious to the things he did while he was in office. And even after all that was finished, the DoJ couldn't do something about him until last year when they had him dead to rights

I know it says "Congress shall not do" these things but if Congress can't do those things why is it that local governments (county, city, state and municipal) think they can get away with this?

Yeah all of them seem to not be getting the max the prosecutors are asking for. This started back when Papdapolous only got 14 days for his part in this when I know they asked for significantly more time. All these seem like slaps on the wrists...

I didn't need to watch to know that if any one of them gets elected outside of the presumptive nominee, criminal as he may be, we are all in trouble. With a capital T. And we would be the laughing stock of the world yet again.

I meant why would anyone want to willingly watch Fox? I get the presidential debate and it looks like Fox was the only one carrying it live, but I would rather watch the edited version after it has been fact checked. There are no multiple sides to the truth and facts
