Rotator cuff injury. Lots of pain. Anti-inflammatories done with no change. Doing physical therapy now. No cortisone shot yet. Anyone have any ideas on how to deal with the pain? Pain is radiating to my upper back and spine on and off. Some days are better than others. Pls help. 2 wks till I see Dr.
