As much as I'd like to think MSNBC really did make that "Pecker leaking" chyron...it's fake.

It’s Elon. Tesla was a great idea 13 years ago. Unfortunately since then he lost his damn mind.

I wrote that I take pride in not having bought a gallon of gas in 10 years, not specifically for driving a Tesla. Please don't twist my words around, especially with thinly-veiled accusations of being ok with racism. Thank you.

C'mon now. How many people died in Toyotas that actually did suddenly accelerate back in the 90's? People have died because of automotive design defects since the beginning of the industry. To this day, my Model S is consistently rated as one of the safest cars on the road.

Getting locked out of a Tesla is almost certainly driver error just like all the "sudden acceleration" stories proved to be. And anybody who read their car's manual knows there's a mechanical way to get into the car if necessary.

My next car will be an electric from another maker. The fact that compelling electrics are available from multiple car makers is entirely thanks to Tesla. And by the way, in 10 years, I've never had mine stall out in the middle of the road.

I'm not defending Musk here. He's clearly lost his mind. But Tesla ushered in the EV revolution and for that they deserve a lot of credit. I've driven a Model S for almost 10 years (note: bought before Musk lost his mind) and take pride in the fact that I haven't bought a gallon of gas since.

C'mon now, let's take it easy with the hyperbole ("death traps"). Every day gas cars stall out, catch fire, and run out of gas in the middle of the road. On top of that, gas car drivers are supporting the oil industry and spewing toxins into the air, damaging the environment every second.

It's insane. The only reason that guy is even a congressman is because he has one of the most absurdly gerrymandered districts in the nation. He doesn't belong there and now they want to make him Speaker? What a shitshow.

So easy to scam the rubes. Sadly, these same idiots looking for a quick and easy buck for no work can't see the irony in their constant griping about "lazy" poor people on welfare.

Yep. Reminds me of the story of how Billy Joel's "Only the Good Die Young" wasn't doing particularly well on the charts until the Archdiocese of St. Louis and Boston banned it, resulting in an immediate ascent up the charts. 😅

Our choice was between her and Kevin de Leon. Not sure what you’d have us do (Google him). 2024 is going to hurt too as Schiff and Porter are both in. We need one of them to stay in the House.

Yeah, this is the same reason that Nextdoor is unreadable. There's an astounding number of people on there whining about the tiniest of stupid things. I can't imagine where we'd be if the US had this many whiners during WWII.

Love watching that show for the pure fascination of fellow humans who seem to be missing their compassion and honesty genes as well as for the educational value. It's also very sad.

That said, they could probably have a 5-episode special focused on Trump.
