So, yeah, changing my framework yet again. I have an answer, I get to learn how to manage yet another chronic illness, and not worrying about a "return to form". There is no return; my form is now and I have to navigate it, though my brain still demands my body act as quickly as it does.

And the testing continues - tp rule out Cushing Syndrome (not Cushing's Disease - that's...different). The other cortisol tests came back high, so I had a CT scan of my adrenal glands. Normal. So MRI of my pituitary gland coming up on Thursday. And more labs - high cortisol suppression test. Yay.

Want to grow in 2024? Take the Harvard Implicit Bias Test. Sit with your results. Process them. Lean into them. Question why you lean the way you do. Work on this throughout the year and then retake it at the end of 2024 to see how you've grown.

2024 starts with forays into figuring out my chronic tiredness. Changing primary drs, further lab testing being done by my endocrinologist because my cortisol test results came back "abnormal".
So 2 more cortisol tests. At least she's approaching this like a scientist.

Still breathing, but not writing as much. Have had quite a busy few months in the chronic health arena and massive writer's block.
Going back to therapy with someone who does DBT for my CPTSD and the rest of my mental health alphabet soup, changed providers. Deep in shadow work.

Frankly, would love to spend more time here, esp as it's much better than Twitler, but I'm tired. Chronic illness, mental health issues, decided lack of motivation in pursuing my goal of becoming an historian.
I know motivation fluctuates, so this isn't distressing to me, but the exhaustion is.
