When I open the horrible "X" website on the web (which is how I usually use social, on the laptop) it still offers me a tiny bird, in the address bar, as the icon to open the page within the app, too.

I'm a little concerned at the way it looks like specialization may be occurring, with some sites being "serious" and some being "whimsical." Ideally, we want to keep a healthy whimsy/seriousness balance on all the sites.

Yes, I am saying there is a literal caste system in America even though we don't think of it as a caste system. But when MLK went to India, people of the marginalized caste there told him they admired him for fighting our caste system, and it surprised him to hear it put that way. But it's true.

Ah, no. What happened to them was they were raised in a caste system as the dominant gender in a dominant caste, and then when they were adults and expected to rule, people wanted to dismantle the caste system instead of letting them rule. They're spoiled, not traumatized.

I think that it's harder for neurotypical people to stop being racist, because they're so used to not even seeing all the little social rituals that make up caste. If you see all the social rituals, and none of them make sense, it's easier to see which ones are racist, IMHO.
