I did and this one actually has a happy ending! I'd already gotten 2 or 3 fellowship/grant rejections so I thought it'd be more of the same. But these turned out to be possibly the nicest reviews I've ever gotten 😭 They gave clear suggestions for improvement without shooting me down...

Quebec now has a traffic light that only turns green for safe drivers. The light in the school zone—in a car-dependent suburb—is by default red. When a car is driving at 30 km/h (18 mph) or under, it turns green.
