And I know my response may sound rude, but some folks don't seem to understand we do not have a budget of millions, and our team is tiny compared to the other platforms. Our manpower is focused on development, keeping the platform stable, and suspending accounts violating our rules.

90% of our support requests can be resolved by using our knowledge base or simply asking the community for help. We are a free service that isn't monetizing our users or displaying ads. You can't expect us to be Twitter with limited resources.

I'm a little uncomfortable. I do think it was a bit of a rude response, but also quoting him feels unnecessary. It makes it feel unsafe to ask questions of you or the service. I'm a little nervous just commenting tbh.
To be fair, I don't know the context and I'm sure you're stressed. Idk. 😬
