When we fix it, you will be the first to know. But asking the same questions over and over again will not speed it up. Most platforms take weeks if not months to fix issues, and that is with millions in resources. Not sure why you assume that we can fix everything with a wave of a wand.

A: Repeating Spouts in the Explore tab?
B: Explore tab resetting back to the top after clicking on a spout?
C: The filters on the photo uploads? Suddenly nothing is uploading unless I screen shot it.
D: The Support/Help system seems unresponsive (to put it mildly).

And for the record, my team has been going nonstop since December, 2022. I gave everyone two weeks off to reset.

I've asked more than once b/c there hasn't been any updates since you said it would be addressed a couple of weeks ago. Did I say it should be fixed instantly? Nope. I didn't set the time frame tho, you did.

While I agree with Richard's comments (at least, A B and C), I think y'all are doing a great job. I have faith that these issues will be resolved. I was a software developer for many years and I am very impressed with how well Spoutible works. Stable and functional and nice users.

Some people don't remember (possibly didn't experience) AL THE BUGS in other channels' infant days.
Best thing to do? Go to MORE >>HELP and submit a ticket. That way, the team can assess how many people are being impacted, which translates - in part - to priority it gets on the fix list.

We must remember that patience is a virtue. Many professionals are working to get everything. to do what it's supposed to do. It's much worse for Chris who knows what an unbelievable platform he has & is experiencing reasonable "bumps in the road." Patience mon ami. Look what they're creating.
