The United Nations is absolutely useless. When was the last time UN helped resolve a conflict?

To be fair, there hasn't been a World War in almost 80 years.

It’s a dinosaur, it has failed to promote peace. A club of about 192 countries, with about as much clout as The Boys Scouts.

In 2017 United Nations Operation in Côte d'Ivoire successfully completed its peace keeping mission which began in 2004 . The UN relies on the cooperation of all members and the country where the conflict exists, if your talking about Israel it’s clear their leader is not willing to cooperate.

The UN is nothing more than a reflection of the world. It has no means or power to be anything else.

Why doesn't the world solve all its conflicts?

With 6 countries possessing veto power nothing big can be resolved (Israel is the 6th country with a veto)

The problem with the UN is that to resolve a conflict all sides need to agree as well as the five permanent security council members.

The current situation in Gaza can't be resolved by the UN as the US has a vested interest that it supports for domestic political reasons.

Only when the parties are willing to cooperate. Major players are ignoring the UN. It was that simple.
