Did lime green really get paired with mustard yellow?
Do pastel pink & turquoise really go together?
Can you believe that we lived through these questionable colour palettes?

We rented a house in the mid-80s when my first born was a toddler. The house was built in the 40's. The bathroom walls were yellow tile with black trim. The floor was black and white hex tile. There was nothing else for it other than Mickey Mouse. From cringe to cute!! 🙂💙

When we bought our first house, the house was decorated the height of the 70s the kitchen was avocado, green refrigerator and stove, the green carpet the sparkles on the ceiling, the only saving grace was that the bathroom was done in all versions of beige.
