Followed your instructions. Logged out of app, deleted cache & data. Uninstalled app. Restarted my phone. Downloaded app from PlayStore. Logged in. Still got the error message and failed to load timeline.

I'm back to having issues in the app for Android. I cleared data and cache. Uninstall and reinstall. It is not asking me for my user name and password when I go back inbox. Is it not clearing everything properly?

Hi, is entire step by step posted at help section?

I mm about to go thru and delete browser Spoutible cookie/cache deletion from Spoutible but the problem manifests as inability to read individual spouts or threads. Yours is a 🧵 of 2, but I can't see 2nd so I can't follow exact instructions. Thx

That would be a great place to put them! I looked for information somewhere before finally seeing it in timeline from browser because couldn't bring up timeline on phone.

Clear both. The goal is to see that the cache and data are both 0 MB. 🙂

I just did that and it works.
It was a bit frustrating to not be able to use the app yesterday.

Sorted.

Just a clarification: some android phones don't have a 'delete data & cache' function. Uninstall it instead. Then go to app store, install latest version.

Worked for me!

I held down app icon to get App Info pop-up then 'clear storage and clear cache were shown '. When pressed clear storage both were cleared.

I did this yestetday, but did it again in case there was another update.
Interestingly, yesterday I had to sign in with password after reinstalling the app, but today I didn't.

I just experienced the same. I fully expected to need to input the password 🤔

I had the same problem, but then taking the additional step of restarting my Android tablet fixed it.

If I cleared data/cache and reset my password 2FA yesterday, can I just update the app? Or should I go through this whole process again? All the glitches seem to have resolved already.
