So, I knew about "winter pattern SAD" but didn't know about "summer pattern SAD."

Winter usually finds lots of like minded cooped up indoors sharing the misery. But people similarly affected during the summer months get a double dose of melancholy if they don’t feel the same ability to likewise share in all the warm weather fun and frolic. 🏖️🏄‍♀️

It's interesting. My Mom feels mentally better in the winter. I feel better in the summer. I'm just glad it's being taken seriously. 💜♾️
