If you don't like the ads you're seeing, don't blame Spoutible or Mr. Bouzy. They're getting served up by Google, based on whatever info Google has hoovered up from your browsing habits.

Want to change what you're seeing? Start by clicking this symbol in the upper right corner of the ad:

That will bring up this menu. If you click the "Ad options" button, you can toggle between Google attempting to personalize their ads for you on Spoutible or serving up generic ones.

Or, you can click "Send feedback" to let Google know what you think of a particular ad.

That brings up this little menu. Pick your poison, and don't expect to see an immediate change in the ads you're getting. But if you tell Google enough times in enough ways that you don't want to see that ad for Facebook, eventually they'll stop showing up

But, to reiterate: This is a Google issue, not a Spoutible algorithm picking the ads you get. Please let Mr. Bouzy concentrate on doing the excellent work he's capable of, instead of this nonsense.

So if it doesn’t have that tiny text box at all, there’s no other way to get rid of fungus toes? I guess if I try on my laptop on Google to “educate” the algorithm maybe then it will eventually?

At least the ads aren’t as pervasive as on other sites. I’ve been clicking that X but Google sure knows I’m an elder!

I wonder if ad block works here; I haven't needed to use it here, only on sites we go look at.

A platform can't survive without revenue. And that has to come from somewhere. I have no problem with ads if they keep #Spoutible alive.

Or just use an ad blocker. The one I use works on YouTube also. Have not seen an ad on here unless it was a screenshot.

I haven’t been complaining about the ads lately, either. 😏

Adblocker here.
And I'm definitely willing to pay more in a monthly sub than the individual revenue that would come from showing me the low-CPM ads that are issued. (You have to have a lot more traffic to get the ads with the big bucks)
