I want to bring a motion and ask you guys to move and second it. Here the motion:

Attorney General Merrick Garland does not get to be part of a second Biden/Harris administration. Full stop.

I wholeheartedly agree! He allowed a crazy criminal to go unpunished for his crimes.

I agree. But it’s not Biden’s way. He’s loyal to his appointees. I think Sally Yates would be good in that position.

Have been hoping the same thing. It’ll be a good transition point for Biden to request his resignation.

I second, third and fourth it.

I get why Biden picked him, but that choice was the single biggest mistake of his 1st term.

I agree. Garland was an appeasement choice.

Now he can fuck off.

We need an AG who will *actually* "go where the evidence leads", and not just fake it.

Second, absolutely.

Democrats need to also stop appointing ANY Republicans to ANY posts as "bipartisanship" gestures. No cabinet positions, no advisory groups, and definitely no special counsels.

There are no good Republicans left. They're either in on it, or too stupid to see what's happening.

Absolutely. They need to go full court press on these crazies. Berserker level GTFO. #shutupgop

Pass.

Search "US DOJ on the job" and you'll see the dozens (maybe over 100) of my spouts highlighting their work. And that's just for the past year, and it doesn't cover all that I've seen by following their divisions' posts on Xitter.

Others have documented the reasons for delays re top J6 cases.

I'd like to hear from the President and VP about their opinions on this. I lean in the same direction as you do, but I know we don't have a full vision into what is going on.

I see your point. Still, I have all the evidence I need to want him left in the 1st term. His slow to act approach is the sole reason Trump's delay tactics may net a post Nov trial in some or all of his cases.
