It's hard for them to be "incorrect", because they really just say: "Here's the information from the online sources."

I haven't seen any alerts other than the ones you used as examples.

This one didn't make sense to me.
The article was about illegal harvesting of organs.

The fact-check was for the text "Brace for it" in the spout that also included a link to the article 'Israeli organ-trafficking network busted in Turkiye'. The article itself was not fact-checked. [Refer to: https://spoutible.com/thread/31143551 ]

I wouldn't say incorrect, but it seemed to get a tiny bit tripped up with the nuances of the "Let's Go Brandon" "Dark Brandon" meme evolution. But, given the fact that there were several different responses from humans, arguing different ways - it's at least debatable.

Oh, and it's outright refusing to fact check this one due to lack of sources. https://spoutible.com/thread/31069961

Not incorrect as such, but this one gave us a good chuckle as it's a little odd: https://spoutible.com/thread/31070175

Not incorrect, but "Based on the sources provided" is weird when no sources are provided by OP or alert.

Also "Bob said dinosaurs loved tacos" gives an alert about whether or not Bob made that claim, without addressing the claim itself; depending on OP wording, that alert can be misinterpreted.

I'm a little late to this... does the alert automatically work on any spout? or do we have to add a splashtag or otherwise do something to invite the fact check?

Several people (the number has changed; it was 10 the last time I looked but started out a little lower) have to trigger it. If you click on the three dots at the top of the spout, it's in the drop down.

I've seen some VERY qualified responses where an opinion checked is vague enough that not all sources agree.

But nothing actually contradicting widely known factual data.
