There it is.
No matter when I go to bed, I wake up between 3:00 and 3:30 am my time.
Anybody else?

I sleep for 7.5 hours. Rarely 8. Maybe 9 once a year.

I do take an hour nap once or twice a week in the afternoon while covered in pugs.

You have that in common with our new puppy. At least he goes back to sleep after he goes potty. You?

In medieval times this was used for "vespers" - i.e., prayers & sex. Then came 2nd sleep. Face it, we are still medieval peasants, with mobile phones.

I had this issue - I started taking Zytec which puts me to sleep and Ashwagandha before bed. I do wake up to use the bathroom sometimes but I fall right back to sleep. Magnesium glycinate is also helpful.

Every morning. 3:30. Can’t go back to sleep. I finally just got rid of the alarm clock…never need it.

Last year, for several months, I would briefly wake up every night at 2:22 AM.

Oh yes. All the damn time. Sometimes I can get back to sleep. More often than not I can’t. Or I doze back off right before the alarm goes off. The witching hour. 🧙‍♀️

I'm lucky if I even get to bed by 3:30 am (PDT for me). I'm tired so I guess it really is time for bed. At least that's what my cats tell me.

Remember: If your late night spouting lasts more than 4 hours, call your @cbouzy . Either that or stop eating spicy pepperoni pizza right before bed.

All the time. It doesn't even matter if I go to bed at 10 pm or 1 am; I'm up at 3 am. It's called the Witching Hour...😈

Yup. It started almost the very day I turned 50. I still try to get five or six hours sleep, so I wake up fairly refreshed, get up and watch a movie or catch up on emails, or whatever. I try not to nap in the afternoon, but sometimes I need one.

Do you think we've trained ourselves to wake up at a certain time looking for an an orange ogre's posts or is it just my bladder saying knock knock?
