Today, when I couldn’t reach Spoutible I was not frustrated-I knew the team was on it, and hoped they were ok. I was more concerned about humans behind this platform than anything else.

No, nor are lists public or shareable. We learned what not to do from watching the chaos on Twitter. If you create a list called "Coolest People," only you will be able to see who is on the list. Spoutible lists are really customizable timelines.
