Chicken cooked, pleasantly surprised to find it fit in a big tupperware that I have. Carved off some meat and broke off the legs, and now the rest of it's in the slow cooker to make stock. Yummmmmmm chicken stock. :D

Same goes with love - if you aren’t able to show love to yourself, you can never be in a position to receive love from others.
