Yes putting a hand in a garbage disposal freaks me out too.

Another is when they put their eye to a door peep hole. Their eye! 😟

My editor just informed me that the last Halo novel I wrote—Bad Blood—is a month-long Kindle deal for the whole of May. You can grab it for just $1.99!

This sign has lived in the back of my closet since Feb 2008... It was left behind after the last day of picketing, and I couldn't bear to throw it away. Looks like it will be seeing some action again. Comics aren't union, but I'll always support my fellow writers. #WGAStrong

“Fast paced, with lots of gentle humour, plenty of clues and ‘red herrings’, vibrant characters and adorable dogs, I loved every minute. I would heartily recommend it”

Tell you what, if you contact me unsolicited asking me to do something for your benefit, the quickest way to get me to NOT do it is to keep mailing me every few days asking if I’ve done it yet 😑

Just turned in the first original comic script I've written in almost 5 years. Been a while! 😲

No idea when this was introduced, but I just discovered that when you manually scrub through a podcast in Overcast, *the progress bar within each chapter* moves accordingly 🤯 Love it 🤘

My list on Goodreads is sooo long, but my method right now is switching between a physical book/comic, and an e-book/comic too because just reading straight text can be hard. As to what I choose in those categories, I read the summary to see if it matches my current mood 😅

Remember a couple of years ago when NFTs were being called the future of art and a great investment? Well the same people who promoted NFTs are now pushing AI.

It seems like every game dev studio hiring right now wants Game Designers who can do combat systems. Even board games.

Sir, what if instead of fighting, your characters solved puzzles instead? May I offer you a wholesome riddle in this age of war?

Thank you so much!! I’m already encouraging him to do his own indy work and will add your 2nd suggestion to the list. That sounds like a great way to build a personal brand while building a portfolio of work!

My son graduated last year with a degree in gaming & interactive media development. He’s having trouble getting interviews due to lack of the required 3-5 years of job experience. I’d appreciate your thoughts on what people in his situation should do to get their foothold in the industry.

Gonna write a science fiction story about a conman who travels back in time and passes off AI generated images as his own, becoming a world-famous artist. Then when those AI programs are created decades later he sues the AI companies for plagiarism and wins.
