I totally get that. It’s hard to open up about MH, since you’re not only fighting your own demons, but you’re also deadlifting centuries of societal pressure to hide it. Baby steps, right?

I found the studies quite illuminating.

The need for the further studies almost showed what the bias of the org researchers was.
