That and it seemed like they kept changing the rules just to give a new plot twist.

I had the same complaint about Manifest.

I don't doubt it.
But failure to know when to use "whom" seems to be a predominately U.S. problem.

I prefer jeans to anything else. I'll pick them over sweats to lounge in. There's something about their rigid durability I find comforting.

In this case, it's a song by an artist other than the original.
For example, Sinead O'Connor singing Prince's Nothing Compares 2 U or Disturbed singing Simon and Garfunkel's Sound of Silence.

Phill Collins' Groovy Kind of Love comes close, as does Sinead O'Connor's Nothing Compares, but neither quite surpasses the original.
I like Disturbed's Sound of Silence occasionally, but I'd much prefer to hear Simon and Garfunkel.

Definitely. And it doesn't even take other countries.
I've seen it happen over different backgrounds within the US.

And if it hasn't become evident, my original post was a hypothetical in an attempt to mildly call out some posts I'd seen lately.

I don't disagree.
My point is that perhaps instead of claiming that one person called all their group to pile on, I (or anyone) should rethink if those people have a point and I should do as you suggest.

But sometimes you can't fault a person for trying to explain why something might offend others.
And sometimes many people make the attempt on the same offense.
Sometimes we might ignore one person taking offense; it's harder to ignore when many people agree it's offensive.
