A Jewish friend surprised me today with a call to check on me. She was aid she was worried that I was emotionally upset about the Israeli-Hamas War. We talked for an hour. What started as a conversation of sorrow ended with laughter and wishes of love and peace to each other.

I really wish folks, media, etc. would not call subpoenaing witnesses "aggressive." It's not aggressive at all. It's merely what investigators do, & it just so happens that they don't waste time asking nicely, then waiting to be told no, & finally issuing a subpoena as Congress does.

We all know Putin wants to kill American democracy. Now we're seeing Dems (not a lot but some) who are switching parties--choosing fascism. Perhaps they see it as an advantageous self-serving move but I wonder about Kompromat. We shouldn't discount it.
