#SiilySockDay has me wearing #cat socks, made extra silly by the inclusion of what appear to be dog bones on the background.

Always getting themselves into these situations! This one keeps climbing the screen to stand on this bell, then cries until someone comes and gets him down. Repeat on an infinite loop...

Thank you for this. I've also experienced the randomness of memory when it comes to loss. I can remember the month and year each of my parents died, but not the specific days. The date of my brother's loss is always there (December 22), but the year often escapes me and I have to look it up.

Throwing a few anti-murder thoughts your way! When we were moving offices a few years ago I had to ask to not be seated near a specific co-worker because the sound of their breathing impacted me the same way. Fortunately, I got a desk a long way away.

I feel your pain. My cat children have no boundaries and get right up in my face if I don't get out of bed right away.

I completely agree. When the time comes, I hope I can find that kind of help. Someone who is comfortable with silence and understands that I am comfortable with it as well.

I've got plastic tubs full of photos my parents took. They threw away exactly none of them--there are dozens and dozens of thumb in the frame shots, blurry shots and random wtf is this supposed to be shots! I looked through one small set and and decided to never look again!

Fully expect this one would thwart any and all attempts to keep it away from him. He's got a 5 foot plus vertical jump and my ceiling just isn't high enough to get it out of his range.

That's a great idea and we will have to consider it. We were hoping he'd grow out of it by now. Every other cat we've had was interested in the tree very intensely their first year, but by year three they just occasionally bat a low hanging ornament. This one is super special I guess!

And they continue to show that appreciation by knocking off branches and eating the fake needles. Then puking up the needles.
