Trust needs to tank. When advertisers finally wise up that few to no one is watching, then publishers will have to try to win back trust.

However, it's easier to keep your customers than to try to win them back.

Good podcast.

Question: Will the media suffer from their lack of credibility in their reporting? (I'm from the Walter Cronkite era, and I've stopped listening to the media. I'm waiting (impatiently) for others to join me.)

As a retired editor, I've been wondering what would happen if news media wasn't a for-profit business. Would quality improve?

Sometimes, people just have to learn the hard way. What would an all republican state actually look like, lol.

Yep. I think it would help. Although Fox may be looking for ways out of the Dominion lawsuit with this. Maybe.

I live near there. It's definitely not as bad as the train derailment. The news likes to hype things up. The fire and damage seem to be only at the facility involved. I'm not the least bit worried about it.

I believe New Zealand or Australia kicked him out, so sounds like a good idea to me. Britain should consider it too. The man makes money off of hate. Time to stop that.

Like the tobacco industry, it's all about the money. They don't care if they kill off their customers.

My alma mater. So sad. I wonder what the tipping point will be before we finally admit, it's the guns, and do a lot better at legislation.

Totally agree with you. For the republicans, it's shameless pandering. For others, it's reprehensible.

I would love to see some kind of oversight board for the media. As an ex-editor, it's time to admit that truth is not relative.

There are roughly 200 symptoms a human can have and they describe thousands of potential illnesses. That's why doctors go to school for so long. So, just breathe a bit and patiently wait to hear more.

Feeling lightheaded can also be a sign on something else, like the onset of the flu. It does not necessarily mean something sinister. Take a breath, and let the doctors handle it.
