If he does not fine or discipline Trump, Judge Engoron needs to be held accountable for giving unequal treatment to defendants in his courtroom. It's hard to stand up to Trump, but this is a new day. We need a judiciary with the nerve to stop him cold. His ilk will keep coming in the years head.

My professional eulogy for Qevin McCarthy is that he, like Boehner and Ryan before him, was doomed because modern Republicans aren't here to govern.
