I had that exact surgery 42 years ago. It was brutal as I took no hormone therapy (at 21 yrs old).
Black cohosh was my go to, and one of those cooling neck bands. Crucial for the lives of my family.

It is a little of both. It is a bioidentical hormone therapy with nutracutical support. It is supposed to be safer than traditional hrts. Doesn't hurt to discuss it.

I feel exhausted, I didn't sleep at all last night and I can't stop spontaneously crying, so instead of the tuna pasta salad I had planned we are ordering Chinese food with lots of veggies. Because chopping and standing over a stove is too overwhelming.

Who is gonna tell them #Spoutible is not imploding? Its growing more and getting better each day! The engagement level here is much higher than the bird site, and far more civil. Less toxicity aside, we can edit spouts and add up to 10 pics to one post. There is no looking back for me!
