Wow, so cool. I will give it a listen!

How is it that I've learned more, had more fun, and met more interesting people in *one month* on #Spoutible than I have in the entire 14 years spent on Twitter?

No, don't answer that. Rhetorical. But true. Echoing your post!

I agree. Who doesn’t have access to information at their place of work? Who can’t stay late to finish a project? They should teach how to find accurate information and how to use it effectively.

I’m kinda in Temple Grandin, Jo Boaler, Steven Strogatz overload right now — same thing going on with math. We tell kids in 3rd grade that they’re not good, because timed multiple choice word problems aren’t their thing. We could do so much better.

Today is the 155th birthday of W.E.B. Du Bois, born February 23, 1868. He was a founding member of the NAACP. He was also the first African American to earn a PhD from an ivy league University (Harvard). #BlackHistoryMonth #OnThisDay

John Fetterman arrived just at the right time. I don't see depression as a negative at all. I see John Fetterman highlighting the need for better mental health awareness and mental health care in our country. He has an opportunity to make a difference with this very important issue.

In case you missed it: why the world isn't as bad as you think. Why the "event bias" in the news obscures some really good news and makes you think everything is falling apart. https://brianklaas.substack.com/p/why-the-world-isnt-as-bad-as-you

A long time ago, I left a valentine for a girl that I really liked, though we had bonded a bit over our mutual dislike of Valentine’s Day. But as the result of that Batman valentine, we had our first date the next day. We still celebrate that anniversary…

31 years & counting.

Buy all the books you want even if you never get around to reading them. You're supporting authors, and that book will always be there for you, just in case. Of course we want to be read, but we need to eat too. So thank you, book buyers. May your TBR be ever-teetering.
