I aim for a liter and a half every day. Don't always manage to drink that much, but I do always get at least 1 liter down. That's always in addition to any coffee or tea that I also drink daily.
Found out I get gout and the trigger for it for me is dehydration.

I agree that we need to fix state and local elections and get the angry right out of power. I do see it happening because the electorate as a whole is sick to death of the Republicans and their shenanigans. Even most traditional Repubs are tired of the shitshow their party has become.

Just watch. The "real," silent majority in this country is about to politely inform the Republicans just where this country stands...and it ain't with the rightwing.

I think it has to do with the way they count their electoral votes.
It's not a winner take all state.

This analysis shows a near historic landslide for Biden, so yes, it also bodes extremely well for Democratic chances in the House and Senate.
Personally, I believe Democrats will take all three.

I guarantee you that if Bouzy is anywhere near accurate in this, which I agree he is, we're looking at an almost historic landslide victory. So yes, it is the Presidency, but it also indicates a massive Democratic wave which means a blue trifecta.

I love this. My French Grandmere had a book of children's stories from the 1800s that just mesmerized me. The pics were just like this one. Especially ones of water where you could see things in the water, very mystical.
Don't know what happened to it, but would love to find it.

I live here. This is not new. They've done it every year for decades. They have also released non fertile fruitflies several times.
I've had vector control come to my door for permission to put traps in my fruit trees and my magnolia tree out front.

My mom ruined rice for me even to this day. She would cook it normally and then when you're supposed to turn it off, when it's absorbed all the liquid and is fluffy, she would add another cup of water and make it into a massive sticky glue ball. She had no idea why none of us ever liked rice.

I beg to disagree. Hubby is a hetero male and has never done this to me. In fact, he has always said that the one thing that attracted him to me was that I was a strong woman who could stand my ground even in the midst of a traditional male workforce.
(He was my training officer).

I grew up in Los Angeles in the 50s and I remember summer days that were so smoggy you couldn't keep your eyes open due to the smog burning them. We couldn't play outside cause we couldn't see well. Lungs burned, too so no running, games, baseball, soccer or football.

Absolutely. That's what happened here. A bunch of foreign investors and hedge fund people bought up over half of some new huge homes that were built about 7 yrs ago. The homes sat empty and some were used as grow houses others just sat. They're just now being sold to actual families due to a new law

Oh, I'm like you, just too lazy to delete my acct. However, I still get job offers from both state and federal agencies about security openings. I've been retired for a LONG time and have no interest in working at the FBI, Secret Service or any other LE agency.
