Well, what's done is done. The world went on twirling.
.
But to the unknown woman out there who attended the 1983 S&G concert in Boulder, Colorado and sang with & smiled at a tall, skinny guy beside her, I want you to know that I have never forgotten you. I hope you have led a happy life.

However, the girl's friend had a tad too much to drink. The girl beside me and I talked a bit after the show, but she had to go and take care of her friend in the lady's room. I think you may know where this is going. I didn't get her phone number, let alone her name.

A simple experience, and for me, decades later, a mere footnote in my life's story. Yet, the shared moments have stuck with me.

Little could be said about that concert. S&G sang their usual repertoire. That said, my personal history might have taken a different route.
.
Now I didn’t know the 2 girls seated next to us. I sat right by one of them & during the show, we often looked at each other, danced & sang together.

I see things different.
I can't explain the used clothing, but I see it being empty as a sign that people are reading the books that once occupied the stand. As far as "vandalism," I don't see it. The glass window seems intact and all the wooden door features line up properly and are also unbroken.

Not to repeat myself, but I love this song.
Yet, I once read that it could be interpreted as (or even purposely written as) a subversive gay love song and now I can't listen to it any other way.

"Soroptimist" combines the Latin words soror "sister" and optima "best". It loosely translates to mean "best for women".

Ya' know...I'm kinda easy-peasy with these one liner memes, but in this case I don't like the use of Margaret Dumont as the straight here. She was a fine person.

Is it a numbered edition?
It looks like it is.
I understand that the first release of the album had numbers, like a limited edition kinda thing. I don't know it any of the numbered White albums were released in the US.

"Unquestioned answers" lead to dogma, and arrogance, and tyranny. It's a sloppy way of life, but question everything.
