Yeah, this is great news, and also, let's try to avoid giving Eli Lilly credit for lowering the cost of insulin when they could have done it years ago and chose not to do so until after widespread criticism and numerous unnecessary deaths of those struggling with diabetes.

We just got our property tax statement. In 1 yr the assessed value of our 101-yr-old house on 0.11 ac near downtown Wenatchee, with 1 bath & a *shared* driveway (including 1/2 of an ancient, decrepit garage), went from $253,540 to $297,354 (we paid $249k 4 yrs ago). Our housing market is in crisis.
