This spring break was utterly wonderful, colonoscopy notwithstanding. My son came up Tuesday night on a whim! He helped me with chicken chores and yard clean-up, we cooked great food, and had so much fun in Boston! I’m so proud of and grateful for that son of mine! 🥰

My gran is in the middle in blue. Her sister on the left passed away and when she was told my gran had a stroke. Her sister on the right passed away at 100 2 yrs ago. Gran is now 99 & not mobile. This picture brings a #tear to my eyes.
Happy sisters💜10:58 PM - Apr 27, 2024![Whenever the sisters were together they laughed so much and slept late. My mom took this picture when they had a sleepover at our home. Mom is 74.
My Gran was a tailor till her 70s. Made all my formal clothes, very hardworking. Learnt to sew at school and it became a career. She was always very strict about mixing patterns and it amuses me that fashion is now about that.
She doesn't remember that her older sister passed away.]()
