As much as I dislike twitter, the Black Twitter documentary made me miss my people. I also miss New Orleans twitter. Neither of those groups are on here. There's no reason for me not to go where my people are. It doesn't mean I want this site to fail. It's ok to use multiple sites.

Seriously people! I keep FB for international contacts, some animal rescue orgs I volunteer transport with, and Indigenous Nations and their programs. I have IG for Indigenous artists. I can have as many accounts as I fucking want

And for me! We were able to backtrack over much of his brother's route through Italy. It allowed my dad to see the places he had written about in his letters home to his 10 year old little brother.

#travel creates special memories. This is my dad and me in Rome in April 2017. I took him to Italy to see where his older brother was buried. He died outside Ortona in WWII. It was the last trip we ever took together. He passed suddenly 5 months later. #DailyPictureTheme

I rescued a bunch of Mallard Duck eggs after mother abandoned her nest. The eggs hatched & I raised them until they could be released to a friend in the country with a big pond. The #Glow of the heat lamp was a rosy color.

I'm less concerned about the presidential race (dangerously optimistic, maybe) and much more concerned about the congressional races. That's where all the hate is brewing and where progressives generally lose focus.
Gotta fix those state legislatures and courts.
