It's a pretty big deal to make an accusation openly about another sovereign nation, especially one that is an ally. The statement would not have been made by the PM unless there was significant evidence. The fact the he does not point to it, indicates a need to protect sources/methods.

I’m so relieved that we’re now a post-racial society. I had no idea until #scotus told us that’s the case and we don’t have to worry about discrimination in higher education. Or anywhere else for that matter. Oh, BTW, Affirmative Action has benefited white women more than any other group.

Yes, this is true. I have discussed this in a previous thread about third parties. The UK/Canada are able to get away with it with multiple parties. The USA is not set up as a parliamentary system.
