All states have anti-equality pockets, at least... but I'd say Massachusetts. California, I'd place second.
This map is a good resource. They estimate that almost half of the U.S. LGBTQ+ population lives in states with the highest rating.

I find my morning work routine is a lot easier when I treat my morning self as a totally different person who has no clue what I finished working on at 6am. I leave myself a note for when I get back to my desk. It saves a LOT of time trying to figure out where I left off.
