We have a small team, and we answer support requests based on severity. You can't expect enterprise support on a shoestring budget. If you are unhappy with our service, there are other options available.

And I know my response may sound rude, but some folks don't seem to understand we do not have a budget of millions, and our team is tiny compared to the other platforms. Our manpower is focused on development, keeping the platform stable, and suspending accounts violating our rules.

90% of our support requests can be resolved by using our knowledge base or simply asking the community for help. We are a free service that isn't monetizing our users or displaying ads. You can't expect us to be Twitter with limited resources.

I thought we left Twitter so we would not have to pay to have our voices heard. I am disabled and on a fixed income. You have no back context here because it is purposely omitted.
