That is precisely what they are trying to do. However, it's an easy decision for me to stay the course. The apps will not be approved if we allow it, nor will we be able to use specific payment processors. The folks who are complaining don't care about the future of Spoutible.

I wouldn't read too much into it. The distinction between pornographic and artistic content is highly subjective. It has been a topic of debate on all social media and in society. I'd recommend looking at what other sites have in their ToS, and make it clear what the red lines are here.

I can’t wrap my head around the reasoning that LGBTQ people are considered porn and therefore are more marginalized by the decision to prohibit AC. I have been wanting to have a place where I am NOT objectified and treated like a person. I love what happens in the bedroom but I’m not defined by it.

I care a lot about the future of Spoutible. Pre-registered as soon as I saw it. Part of the first wave. I also care that people asking for clarification are being denigrated and by the rules as published, a romance author linking to her site would be banned for "porn".

I believe this could become a more difficult issue with growth, however, I don't see a better/simpler solution at this stage for Spoutible other than to remain on course. I also think this topic goes beyond social media companies themselves. Quite a hill for a startup to try alone.
