I never re-read! That said, sometimes I'm reading a book that feels familiar but I don't know the ending...until I get there...and I realize I read the book 10 years ago.

I have books I read over and over. Particularly Jane Austen.
When I was younger, I read Watership Down probably eight times.
When I was younger still, I read The Hundred and One Dalmatians by Dodie Smith at least a dozen times.

I will reread favorite authors. I own almost everything by Philip K. Dick and to pull Ubik or Radio Free Albemuth off the shelf is a great pleasure.

Is there a reason why? I'd love to know.

I Have a ton of unread books on my iPad, which I really did intend to get to, but I re-read so often, I’ll likely never finish them all.

I reread quite often, currently reading the Dune series by Frank Herbert again. I have favourite books that I go back to when I need the comfort of really good writing and a strong story.

I have two stacks - the deep read that I want again and the trashy quick read as a distraction.

Yes, I do a lot of comfort reading these days, specially on a long plane flight or when I'm not feeling well or grieving. Favorite books are lifesavers.

I re-read a lot. I'm a comfort reader and sometimes I need to go back to Spindle Cove (Tessa Dare, steamy feminist historical romance) or Sarah Maclean's books. Somewhere better than here. #SpoutAbout #books

I’m not opposed to it but I get anxious about how many there are that I’d like to read, so I never do.

I have some series I reread from Book 1 when a new book comes out. There are also a few old stand-bys I revisit.

I do this. I love to read in order again so that I'm fully immersed in the story line.

I tend to read books quickly, so I need a second read-through to make surei caught everything. And if the story is good, there's usually some new depth to discover.
