I am a survivor of abuse. I come from an abusive home, and I've had multiple abusive relationships as an adult. One thing all these abusive relationships had in common was the inevitable moment when the people I loved publically humiliatied me.

Around age 30, I snapped. And went zero-fucks for all those assholed. Pardon my language. One of the things that helps me recover from all the accumulated PTSD, is being zero-tolerance with people who put me on blast.

That's literally it. That's the reason. He quote-spouted me, to tell me I was wrong. That's it. That's all he did, but it crossed a line for me. He did not attack me. He was not mean to me. I don't get to argue about what is and is not swarming with the guy who was just on the cover of Wired.

This included the Doubtible assholes who are lurking on all this right now, reporting this all back to Twitter, saying me leaving validates every insane conspiracy theory they've spun throughout time. I cannot have that. Stalkers are my least favorite people.
