My governor spent his day yesterday ending DEI programs in higher ed. Meanwhile, Oklahoma is in the bottom 10 of just about everything good. So glad to know the ones in charge around here use their time so wisely. 🙄

A friend of mine here is going thru things. Her mom is a narcissist who expects her to tie herself in knots to please her & is abusive if Sarah puts herself first EVER. A reminder that holidays can be awful if you have a family that uses you instead of loves you. It’s ok to step back or away.

I live in Tulsa. Doesn't surprise me in the least that my city's argument in this case was essentially "But it was so long ago! What are we supposed to do? Just let victims of atrocities get something back that was stolen from them?"
