2 Threaded Spouts
When we fix it, you will be the first to know. But asking the same questions over and over again will not speed it up. Most platforms take weeks if not months to fix issues, and that is with millions in resources. Not sure why you assume that we can fix everything with a wave of a wand.
Richard Head @RichardsBigHead@cbouzy when are you going to fix:11:38 AM - Aug 06, 2023
A: Repeating Spouts in the Explore tab?
B: Explore tab resetting back to the top after clicking on a spout?
C: The filters on the photo uploads? Suddenly nothing is uploading unless I screen shot it.
D: The Support/Help system seems unresponsive (to put it mildly).

And they wonder why higher education has struggled as an industry. Not to mention how they gutted the pay for 3/4 of the people who actually teach. Who will go into the profession in the future?
Quite a story in mismanagement.

The last constitutional amendment was 1992, congressional pay. Before that, it was lowering the voting age to 18 in 1971.
"Let's pass a constitutional amendment" is a prelude to a pointless suggestion whatever the merits. You can't get 2/3 of Congress and 38 states to agree on anything.

John Frost @johnfrostLet's pass a constitutional amendment to enshrine a right to a clean and safe environment. All companies should be required to pay to prevent pollution and for the impact of the use of their products. Climate Change would be a lot more manageable if corporations were made to bear the real costs.09:03 AM - Jul 04, 2023

If you are wondering who actually voted for and against the Civil Rights Act, there is no story here. Majorities in both parties.
Senate: 71 to 29—27 Republicans and 44 Democrats joined forces to support cloture. House: Democratic Party: 153–91 (63–37%) Republican Party: 136–35 (80–20%)

Forget the "small government" BS we have heard for decades. Conservatives LOVE (and have always LOVED) the power of the state to coerce others to follow their agenda. Piles and piles of examples. Like this.

I was in the FL Keys on a rental bike; handlebars came loose. I stopped at a busy garage to ask for a pin.
The manager came at me screaming that I was taking his men away from paying work. All because I asked for a cotter pin.
These are the crazies who make Marx look smart when he mostly wasn't.

Plus, those business owners are constantly angry and paranoid that maybe a few more cents of profit have escaped them.

There is such political freedom in this country in doing, literally, anything pro-business. People are always convinced it will be their business benefitting eventually. And then they get to treat their workers poorly.

I discovered over the years that there is a big difference between receiving recognition for performing your professional duties well and just humping people's legs.
That distinction is lost on the new breed of self-promoters.

Fines obviously don't work, especially when they're not required to accept any actual fault, they just factor their wrongdoing as another cost of doing business. Now if board members and CEOs started seeing prison time for their corporation's actions... that might have some sway.
