Interesting. What I don’t see in the article is evidence that the bosses were ever empathetic. I wish there was more on that. I’ve seen jerks get promoted and they remained jerks. I’ve seen empathetic people get promoted and they remained empathetic. Maybe the footnoted articles have more detail. 🤔
