Eggs, perfect ten minute boil. Peel and halve lengthwise.

Filling:
Yolks
Dijon mustard
A scant smidge of mayo
Pinch of salt
Black truffle paste to taste

Top with a small dollop of black lumpfish caviar and finely chopped chives.
