My 2nd 'raptor' spout today and 2nd example of #fierce and fear. Last Feb I was blessed to have this guy bring his breakfast to the yard. I slinked to get the cam and crept ever closer for 20 great shots.

I fiercely love chocolate desserts, so I really enjoyed making and eating this! It was one of my earlier desserts, made in May 2021. It was a chocolate tart with an Oreo crumb crust. I also made modeling chocolate, and used that to make flowers and leaves. #chocolate

Good luck! The key, for me, is keeping a food diary. Another thing , find an exercise you enjoy. I love swimming and water exercise. And don't beat yourself up for any "mistakes."

Please allow me to brag. I have lost 45 lbs this year (last 12 months) and as of today, my doctor cut my blood pressure medicine to a quarter of what it was last summer. 😇
