I finished finalizing this plan this afternoon, made copies at Kinko's, had the final client meeting, then got home & ate a bowl of noodles before a Sustainable NCW board meeting--all after a bout of insomnia kept me awake till 3 a.m.

Today the Victorian state government decided they wouldn’t commit to the price for a 12 day sporting event.
Instead they’re reallocating the money, including into affordable housing.
