Still red. I don't think the dye works on auto paint.

My husband alphabetizes. It has led to some funny situations where dehydrated garlic was next to ginger, which has a similar color, and, well, he had to throw out some oatmeal because he put garlic in it when he was cooking in a rush, rather than the ginger that was one jar over.

I have lived in this house since 2015 and every now and then I still reach for something in the kitchen as if it was in my old condo. When I get up in the middle of the night to pee sometimes I run into a bookshelf because in my old bedroom that was where the bathroom door was.

Yeah when we have like a plumber or electrician in the house we give her a hard rubber KONG ball (we have nicknamed it her "stress ball"). It really does seem to help. She was a pandemic puppy and is not really used to strangers being inside.

My dog has inflammatory bowel disease (as did my last one) so I have spent a great deal of time considering this topic over the past decade.

Mine (a Rottie) violently shakes an enormous stuffed bear when people come up to the door (usually just the Amazon or FedEx guy). I keep trying to get video because it's hilarious but I'm always a little too late.

Sadly pretty sure my dog would be the biggest gossip of them all. She would be reporting every package delivery in my cul-de-sac, every landscaper, every dog that walks by, and she takes special offense at Girl Scouts selling cookies, baby carriages, and anyone running for fitness purposes.

Dietary changes don't work for everyone (they do work for me, so far, with extremely strict adherence, but only for cholesterol, not for blood pressure at all, so I'm on a beta blocker). Hope it works well for you.

Maybe Missouri has more caves? There are caves all over the state. Have been in a few; nice and cool and dark, probably great for food storage (some have been extended by blasting and have had real floors, climate control, etc., put in them).

Last time was my husband's fault, he drove my car somewhere and left the dome light on...

My battery sometimes just fails for the hell of it, I guess I am not driving enough these days.

So far this has only happened to me in my own parking space or garage at home, but it has happened A LOT and, like, I missed a class I was supposed to TA for, and I've missed going in to the office (pre-COVID) a handful of times. Hope this gets resolved for you soon.

I am WFH now but when I was going into the office I was a big fan of stretchy knit dresses because they never got wrinkled, I could gain or lose a few pounds and they'd still fit, and I could put on a shrug and/or tights depending on the weather (it's ATL so it doesn't get super cold).

I may have spent a lot of time looking at supermarket tabloids in the 1990s. I wonder how Hillary's alien baby is doing?

So many people sell handmade watercolors on Etsy, it seems like making paint should be doable. As long as I'm willing to waste a bit of material getting the hang of it.

Glad you have something to play them on. It is always kind of sad when you put a lot of effort into collecting some type of media that then goes bye-bye. (I'm looking at you, massive bunch of noir films on VHS...)

Old photographs also may have used gelatin in the photographic emulsion and cats are apparently interested in that as well, although I don't have any of those lying around to find out.

I have done everything, like insulin and B12 injections, feeding tube, etc., etc., but the subcutaneous fluids defeated me. I think there may have been an equipment malfunction because that needle really should have come off (previous ones did) and it didn't.

We are trying a supplement that's supposed to make him drink more water. Monkey was the calmest part of the whole process (and the only one in the room who didn't end up bleeding).
